Directions
to the Anchorage
Route
from Cape Town Airport (app. 3.5 hours)
- Take
the N2 to Somerset West and Mossel Bay (Garden Route),
- pass
Somerset West, Caledon, Riviersonderend,
- Swellendam,
Heidelberg and Riversdale onto the branch-off to Stillbay
(Stilbaai),
- turn
right on to R305, direction Stillbay (Stilbaai) and follow
the road,
- after
app. 26 km on R305 you will see the Goukou River and
Stillbay,
- app.
600 m before the bridge into Stillbay town turn right just
before the 60 km sign,
- a
private road leads you to the Anchorage, pass the horses
and horse stables to your right and the river to your
left.
- for
your check-in and during your stay please park your car
between the garage and the grape vines

the R102 from George Airport in direction N2 and Mossel
Bay,
- change
on to N2 direction Mossel Bay and Cape Town,
- pass
Mossel Bay, Gourits and Albertinia until you reach
turn-off of R305 to Stillbay (Stilbaai),
- after
app. 26 km on R305 you will see the Goukou River and
Stillbay,
- app.
